The Greenhouse of Walled Lake is Oakland County’s first fully licensed medical and recreational marijuana dispensary. That’s impressive enough on its own.

They’ve never strived to go corporate but kept their focus on keeping it local to Walled Lake and the immediately surrounding communities. Now they’re looking to celebrate one lucky couple this summer at the dispensary.
Celebrating Love at the Greenhouse
One of the biggest hurdles for couples in achieving the wedding of their dreams is the expense. Weddings don’t come cheap. So just in time for Valentine’s Day, Jerry Millen is giving away a fully-planned wedding valued at $30,000.
“We’re seeing a generation choose weed over booze, even when it comes to traditional celebrations like weddings,” says Millen. “Move over open bar, and hello bud bar.”
And he’s providing the venue too. The Greenhouse grounds will be completely transformed into a wedding wonderland and a fortunate bride and groom will be able to invite up to 50 guests for their special day this summer. Craft mocktails infused with THC tinctures will accompany a spread of food and desserts similarly infused with cannabis products, courtesy of Choice Labs in Jackson. Post ceremony fun will include the throwing of weed leaves rather than rice, along with music and dancing.
