What in the world is a Puff coat drive?
While it may sound like an event to gather puffy coats, it’s actually a coat drive happening at Puff Cannabis dispensaries throughout the state right now. And it’s another demonstration of what it means to give back to the community.
If you took a look at our most recent blog post, then you’re probably not surprised to read this. After all, Puff Cannabis works from a tremendous spirit of generosity. And as cannabis marketing specialists, we like to acknowledge this.
The Way Puff Cannabis Brightened Thanksgiving
Puff Cannabis owner Justin Elias said, “Thanksgiving is the time for all families to come together, to celebrate and be thankful for what they have, but to also think about others who are less fortunate. That is why I decided on behalf of the Puff Cannabis company we would give away over 1700 turkeys in the communities where we are located.”
With inflation being what it is, a lot of folks were looking at a challenging Thanksgiving this year. Food prices are soaring and that meant that many families were making sacrifices. So Puff Cannabis owner Justin Elias decided he would help.
Although Thanksgiving is a time for celebration and coming together, Elias wanted to help those were less fortunate and unable to celebrate in that same spirit. So Puff Cannabis decided to give away over 1700 turkeys to people in need for this year’s Thanksgiving holiday. And it was a huge success. Turkeys were given away on a first-come first-serve basis and no purchase was required.
The Jackets for Joints Puff Coat Drive
Puff Cannabis didn’t stop with turkeys.
They are currently running a Jackets for Joints coat drive with the goal of collecting as many coats and jackets as possible throughout the state of Michigan for children aged three to twelve. For every customer who brings a new coat or jacket appropriate for this age group, Puff Cannabis will give one jar of Baby Jeeter pre rolls, valued at $50.00. (Limit one per customer, while supplies last.)
“I recognize that due to the times we live in, many children throughout the state of Michigan need warm jackets and coats and our Jackets for Joints program will come to the aid of many of those little ones,” Elias states. “I hope we can collect and give away thousands of warm jackets and coats this winter in order to keep our children warm.”
Once all of the coats and jackets are collected, they will be donated to area churches and community charities to be distributed to children in need.
Given this generosity – along with high-quality product and a passionate and educated staff – it’s no wonder that in the past three years, Puff Cannabis has grown to seven cannabis dispensary locations. With more on the way.
And through it all, Elias has stayed true to his core values on all levels.
